Perpetrator entered property through a neighbouring property and climbed into an empty bedroom. Pillow cases were used as bags and some picture frames, clothing and other articles were placed inside. On exit the alarm system was triggered. Most of the stolen items were dropped. The suspect jumped over the wall and escaped.
