This BMW with 3 or 4 occupants was involved in a House Break in on Buxton Ave (OHwatch) at 13:30 on Saturday. The description of the vehicle is exactly the same as the one we posted last Saturday but with a different registration number. This registration number was used in two incidents in the BKMwatch (Bergvliet, constantia) area. Please be very alert as these men are clearly operating all over the city and changing their license plates. It is a very distinct car as there are not that many about. Please alert SAPS should you see any car fitting this description and with these occupants.
White Mazda Rustler Bakkie CA 605 096
This Bakkie was stolen in Hout Bay this week. It was then used in an mugging in Tamboerskloof on Friday. The occupants are a white male and a colored female with red hair.
These could be to same two responsible for the attempted break in in Exner Road on Saturday afternoon.

Gold BMW CF 156 087

This car has license plates that have been copied from another BMW - so false plates
A suspicious looking gold BMW station wagon CF156 087 with three very well attired black men were seen leaving my drive-way at round 16:30 today. The one well-built man wearing a white hat was seen walking towards their car, then parked in the driveway while speaking on his cell phone. I approached their vehicle to ask if I could be of assistance and they said that they were looking for some or other guest house No 120, and left in a hurry.
Suspicious people
A couple were spotted with wire cutters attempting to enter a property on Exner Ave. Two strands of wire were cut but they abandoned their efforts, possibly because the neighbour, who observed them through a window, shouted at them. There was a wet suit and some surfboards in the property that they may have been after.
The man had blonde hair and a very dark tan. He was with a young coloured woman. The residents were told about the incident and said that they knew of this couple being implicated in some incidents elsewhere in Vredehoek (unverified).
White BMW CA 328 025
This white BMW 320 with the registration CA 328 025 with four black occupants are responsible for mugging incidents in town tonight (Saturday). Please be on the look out for this vehicle and urgently report to SAPS.
White Toyota Corolla WYX 702 GP
SAPS reported to us today that this vehicle with 3 Nigerian male occupants has been approaching the postmen in our area trying to buy mail from them. No doubt to be used to gain access to our properties in some way. If you spot this vehicle please alert SAPS so they can get to the bottom of this.
Brown Toyota Corolla
On Monday morning at 06:45 the manager and security guard at the Omnipark office in Gardens Centre (in the parking area) were held up at gunpoint by three black males. They made of with money boxes. This car is believed to be the getaway vehicle. Please be alert for any suspicious activity.
Attempted Theft of vehicle
On Gorge Road today a silver Jetta was seen dropping off a Black male who then tried to break into a car. The man was a tall heavy set black male wearing a black jacket, grey/brown trousers and dark shoes. He was also armed with a 9mm Gun. He was spotted by Herzlia security and fled down Gorge Road.
Unfortunately we were unable to get a registration number for the silver Jetta.
White Toyota Bakkie CA 141 010
This bakkie was seen around the Wembley Square area this morning. There were two occupants who were apparently looking for scrap metal. However when the license plate was checked with SAPS it was found to be false as it is registered to a Huyndai. Please be on the look out for them.
Blue BMW CF 178 925
This vehicle with 4 occupants was seen driving very slowly through Tamboerskloof area. The plates on this car are false as they are registered to a white VW golf. Please report to SAPS should you see this BMW.
Red Bakkie with white stripe
This bakkie was seen in Tamboerskloof on Saturday parked outside a guest house suspiciously - 30 minutes later a nearby guest house was broken into. The bakkie had three colored males in it - one with a very visible scar on his face. Please a look out for them.
Opel Astra FCJ 026 EC
Camps Bay reports that this Charcoal Opel Astra has been spotted in their area. They are thought to be linked to the crowbar gang who have been breaking into houses. There are 4 black occupants in this vehicle.
Suspects from OHwatch mugging
SAPS Case No. 195/11/2011
On Thursday 3rd Nov at about 21:15 there was an attempted mugging on Gladstone Road in the OHwatch Area. The two suspects threatened a women with a screwdriver and tried to steal her cellphone. They suspects were arrested.
White Nissan Hardbody Bakkie
A white Nissan Hardbody bakkie was involved in an attempted hijacking in OHwatch area this evening at around 18:15. The only other details is that there were 2 colored males in the bakkie which was a single cab with no canopy. Please be alert
CA 754 185 Maroon Tazz
This Maroon Toyota Tazz was seen on Sunday 23 October at 11:45
Suspects circled Exner Road area stopping several times to open the bonnet of their vehicle. One person would pretend to be working on the car while another (the big guy with a limp and black t-shirt – not a local) would inspect Toyota’s parked close by.
When stopped by SAPS they claimed to be on a Sunday drive. Various tools and car parts where found in the boot. The driver claimed to be a mechanic. They were taken to the station and found to be “negative”
Wanted in Camps Bay
On the 9th October at about 12:00 the complainant in Camps Bay CAS 38-10-2011 parked his vehicle in the drive way of his home. The vehicle was not locked as he was loading items into his vehicle as he was going away in it. He placed a backpack on the front seat of his vehicle and went to collect other items to pack.
The suspect an unknown black male jumped over the fence of the house and opened the door and took the black backpack containing a silver Apple laptop, an Apple Ipad and various other items.

There was a mugging in OHwatch area at about 20:30 on Thursday night. This vehicle with 4 coloured men was involved. They approached a women and threatened her with a knife and made off with her cellphone.

These license plates were stolen off a scooter in Woodstock. They will most likely be used in a crime on another vehicle. Please be on the look out.
White Opel Corsa CA 691 801
This Corsa hatchback Lite was believed to be involved in a a house break in in Tamboerskloof today at around 10:30.
Black Jetta CA 542 408
This Jetta was seen acting suspiciously in the area by members out on patrol at about 3:30 this morning. It was seen coming out of Pinetree Crescent and when they realized they were being followed they sped out of the area and parked down on Roeland Street. They then moved off and evaded patrollers. About 5 minutes later they were seen parked in High Cape and again when they saw a patrol vehicle coming they sped out of the area and off onto De Waal Drive. It is a brand new shaped Jetta with 3 or 4 occupants.
Maroon BMW CA 21489
This BMW with 3 or 4 occupants was seen driving slowly around the area. When they realised they were being followed they sped up and rushed down Buitenkant and out the area. Reports received that they were also spotted in TBKwatch area acting suspiciously.
White Toyota Corolla CA 505
Please be on the look out for this vehicle. The witness is certain of the first 3 digits but was not sure on the last three so could be CA 505 316. If this is the plate on the vehicle then they are false as these are registed to a red Honda. This car was seen attempting to steal car wheels in OHwatch area. Two very well dressed short coloured men were involved.
Black Golf GTI CA 409 618
This vehicle was involved in an robbery at the FNB ATM at the bottom of Kloof Street at around 13:00 today. There were 4 occupants who robbed a couple as they drew cash. The vehicle sped off and one suspect left on foot down Long Street he then got away in a silver BMW 3 with mag wheels and a spoiler.
House Break in Suspect
Please keep a look out for the man in the identikit. He was involved in a House Break in on Plantation road about 2 weeks ago. It is believed that the man is working in the area. Please contact SAPS on the number below or 021 467 8001/2 should you see him.

This White bakkie Reg DLT 455 EC was seen around the Wembly Square. Two occupants got out of the vehicle and seemed to walk a grid pattern through the neighbourhood. Could be nothing but worth keeping an eye on.
